How will I know if my order is confirmed?

How can I find my order number?
Once you placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which will provide your order number. It looks like #XXXX
Can I change items from my order?
Once an order begins processing, no changes can be made.
If you would like, once you receive the order, you can create a return.
After checkout, if you make a mistake or change your mind, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.

Shipping
Shipping options, prices, and times
We offer a free shipping for every order.
It can take up to 7-10 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we only offer shipping to the United States. We deliver to all the states, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to regions such as: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
My order is stuck or not moving
If tracking information on the shipping carrier page for your order is not showing activity/movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service at this email: info@room-root.com
Changing shipping address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we offer shipping within the United States.
Payments
Payment methods
Our online Room&Root Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
You will also see the option of using Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Meta Pay or Amazon Pay during checkout.
Prepaid debit/credit cards may also be accepted depending on the results of our fraud system check and review processes are completed.
My credit card was declined
We are not able to say for certain, but the financial institution that issued the card being used at checkout can provide additional information if the payment for your online purchased was declined.
Occasionally, prepaid Mastercard or Visa debit/credit cards may be declined at checkout despite available funds. In some cases, it may be helpful to register the gift card with your specific contact information.
The financial institution that issued the prepaid card may be able to provide additional information if the card was not approved for use at checkout.
I have been charged twice for the purchase amount. What can I do?
Some banking institutions may withhold a pre-authorization and an actual charge. This amount will automatically be deleted. If that is not the case, we recommend that you contact your bank so they may expedite removal of the pre-authorization withholding amount.
What is the CVV?
CVV is a unique three-digit number for each card that is used as a means of security for online purchases.
Returns
Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Check our Return Policy page for detailed instructions.
How to return?
To initiate a return, you can choose from 3 options:

- request via your Account - Orders - Request Return
- request via Return Center
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a return label via email.
You can drop off your package at Post offices within 14 days from the creation of the return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return is accepted or rejected.
This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information is delivered.

Where is my refund?
Please note that it can take 5-7 business days from the date your package is received at our distribution center for your return to be processed and an E-Gift Card to be issued.
